Preparing for the Piercing
- Eat & Stay Hydrated: This prevents dizziness and helps your body handle the process better.

- Wear Comfortable Clothing: Choose outfits that won’t irritate the piercing area.
- Be Mentally Prepared: Some piercings hurt more than others; cartilage, nipples, and genitals tend to be more painful.
The Piercing Process
- Sterilization: The area will be cleaned, and the piercer will wear gloves.
- Marking: The piercer will mark the placement for approval.
- Piercing: A sterilized needle is used to create the hole, followed by inserting the jewelry.
